Refunds and retests

Refunds and retests are reviewed at the discretion of Andi’s One Stop Poultry Shop, LLC, subject to applicable law.

For a canceled order, unusable sample or other concern, contact andi@andisonestoppoultryshop.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send card details.

The lab will review your request and explain its decision and any proposed next steps. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund or a free retest. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
